Festival Forever Fund Fall Fundraiser!
Sunday October 18 at The Chouse -- 717 West Boyd St. Norman, OK

This is a TWO PART event.
First: It's a FREE and open to public estate sale style fundraiser. (2pm to 6pm)
Second: It ends as a ticketed event designed to raise funds while offering fun benefits and good times. (6pm to 7:30pm)
TICKET BENEFITS: Food and Drink, 50% discount on remaining items, Last Chance to Bid on Silent Auction Items, Extreme Item Discount at the very end of the event... plus happy fun good times and a warm fuzzy feeling of helping our your local nonprofit free music fest. :)

There's MATCHING too! -- All ticket sales income will be matched dollar-for-dollar by a combination of our awesome sponsor (Blondie's Estate Sales) and a couple of private donors.

So, what exactly is this thing?
This event is a TWO part FUNdraiser for the Norman Music Festival Endowment Fund.

Tell me about those two parts!

Part 1 -- A public sale from 2pm to 6pm with ALL proceeds going into the NMF Endowment Fund. This phase is open to all and will take place much like any standard Estate Sale. Additionally there will be silent auction items to bid on.

Part 2 -- A Ticketed event!
From 6pm to 7:30 pm we'll bring in food/drink, drop prices on all remaining items by 50%, give out a few fun door prizes, enjoy a soundtrack of music from past NMF headliners, and also have a couple of short 5-minute chats about the NMF Endowment. Those attending this part of the day will have the last chance to bid on all silent auction items before they become official at 7pm. Even better, all ticket sales income will be MATCHED 100% by a generous donor. If that wasn't enough, we will DEEP discount anything left in the final 30 minutes. Everything goes! Last but not least, every ticket buyer will get a warm fuzzy feeling for helping to support your local free nonprofit music festival. Shazam!

Oops! Well actually, there is. Kinda.
We'll also have a few Online Auctions running so anyone can join the fun, even from afar.

How much are the Tickets?

We offer 3 choices: $10, $20, or $50. 100% of the funds go into the NMF Endowment and are also dollar for dollar matched by our sponsor (Blondie's Estate Sales) and a couple of private donors. Zowie!

We are looking for lightly used unique, unusual, interesting items. Dare we say weird? Why not! Collectibles, Music related, Vintage, quirky, fun, fabulous, fantastic, plus many other superlatives we haven’t thought up just yet. We'll schedule a few drop off hours at the chouse as the event draws near.

Bring it with you the day of the event! Why not! We'll price it, place it, and give you a tax donation receipt.

What exactly is this NMF Endowment?

The NMF Endowment Fund was established in 2026 with help from the Oklahoma City Community Foundation and the Kirkpatrick Family Fund. Every year the fund pays a dividend to support NMF. Over time, this fund will grow and cover more and more of the FREE festival's budget. The Endowment's long term rate of return is approximately 10% and it pays out 5% annually. So every dollar donated brings income to the festival forever and still grows every year. #winwin

Sure, why not... Here are some bits of trivia about NMF and the NMF Endowment that are fun to share:

NMF:
- has hosted 4000+ bands since inception
- has remained free to attend for 18 years and counting
- brings 55,000+ people downtown every year
- creates an annual economic impact of more than $2.5M

The NMF Endowment Fund:
- is brand new!... just 6 months old
- has raised $60,000 in that short bit of time
- this amount will pay a dividend, forever, that already defers 1% of the festival budget.
- that may sound small, but next year it will be 2%, then 4% then 7% then 11% then... I think you see where we're going.
