Clean Energy Fund of Texas is celebrating five years of impact, partnership, and practical investment in Texas communities.

Five years ago, Clean Energy Fund of Texas started with a simple belief: every Texas community deserves access to affordable, reliable, and resilient energy solutions. That belief continues to guide our work today.

Across Texas, families, small businesses, nonprofits, and communities are facing real challenges: rising energy costs, aging infrastructure, extreme weather, housing affordability pressures, and limited access to affordable capital. These issues are connected, and they require practical solutions that meet communities where they are.

Clean Energy Fund of Texas helps close that gap.

We work at the intersection of capital, community needs, contractors, and practical projects. Our role is to help move good ideas into real investments that lower costs, strengthen infrastructure, support small businesses, and build long-term resilience for Texas communities.

From 2021 through May 2026, Clean Energy Fund of Texas supported more than $2.78 million in total residential lending, 96 residential loans, projects across 33 Texas counties, 49 contractor businesses, and more than 5,200 labor hours generated across funded projects.

But this celebration is not just about looking back.

It is about bringing together the people who can help shape what comes next.

Texas is growing quickly, but not every community has equal access to the resources needed to keep up. Families need more affordable and reliable energy. Communities need stronger infrastructure before the next storm. Small businesses need opportunities to participate in the work ahead. Funders, lenders, business leaders, and community partners need spaces to connect around shared solutions.

Clean Energy Fund of Texas’s Fifth Anniversary Celebration is designed to be that kind of space.

This will be a welcoming, high-level, relationship-focused evening that brings together leaders from business, energy, finance, housing, philanthropy, infrastructure, and community development.
