The Need:

Winter4Kids currently serves 1,800 students annually through partnerships with over 50 schools and youth organizations. However, partners consistently report that more students would participate if cost barriers were reduced.

Each season, buses arrive at the mountain with unfilled seats—representing a clear, quantifiable opportunity to expand impact.

The Fill A Bus Campaign will remove these barriers and open the door for hundreds more students to participate.

The Fill A Bus Campaign turns unused capacity into meaningful access. By covering the cost of transportation and participation, this initiative removes one of the most immediate barriers keeping students from joining the program.

Each filled seat represents a young person gaining access to mentorship, outdoor experiences, and opportunities to build confidence and resilience.

We envision a world where all youth, regardless of background, can discover their strength, build resilience, and rise to their fullest potential through outdoor winter experiences.
