Whether you registered an athlete, funded a spot for someone else's daughter, or both, you are part of what makes November 22 happen. This is clinic one of a series Mountain Forge is building in Pennsylvania, and it starts because people like you showed up first.

If you registered an athlete

Sunday, November 22, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Northampton Community College, Pocono Campus. Doors open at 8:30 AM sharp, so plan to arrive with time to check in.

Bring wrestling shoes, a refillable water bottle, and athletic clothes or a singlet. Headgear, knee pads, and a mouthguard are optional. Hair tied back, no jewelry, nails trimmed. Lunch will be provided.

We will email the full schedule a week before the clinic.

If you funded a spot

Your gift covers a girl's registration, her lunch, and her clinic tee. Scholarship spots are awarded through an application, and the athletes who receive them are not identified on the day.

At Camp of Champs this June, 42 of our 110 athletes trained on scholarship. That number exists because of people who did exactly what you just did.

If you're a parent attending our workshop

The workshop runs while athletes are on the mat, in the lecture hall at Northampton Community College, Pocono Campus. Fueling a growing athlete, what the wrestling pathway actually looks like now, and how to build confidence without adding pressure. Come with questions.

It ends with an optional 35 minute yoga session for anyone who wants to stay. No experience needed and no need to change clothes, but bring your own mat.

Parents of registered athletes: the workshop is already included with your daughter's registration, no separate ticket is needed.
