Fit & Flow was born from one of my lowest points in life. I experienced domestic violence, living out of a car, praying for support, stability, and something to hold on to.

During that time, wellness and safety wasn’t accessible to me in the way I needed it to be. When I had the opportunity to get away, it was only by God’s grace.

My escape allowed me to move forward in a way I never could have imagined however, something was still missing. I wanted that same forward movement for others in community who were silently surviving through DV. This pushed me to create Fit & Flow.

A space where movement, healing, and community feel accessible no matter what season of life you’re in.

3 years in, this fundraiser is about continuing that mission. We’re making wellness something our community can actually reach for when they need it most.

Because I know firsthand what it feels like when it’s out of reach and I never want that to be the case for someone else.

Fit & Flow exists because I lived the absence of it. And now we build it so no one else has to go without it.
