Before coming into our care, Flint was shot with a BB, leaving him with severe nerve damage in one of his front legs. Despite everything he's endured, he is one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you'll ever meet. His gentle heart and wagging tail are a reminder that kindness can survive even the hardest circumstances.

Unfortunately, the damage to his leg is permanent, and our veterinarian has determined that amputation is the best way to give Flint a pain free future.

While losing a leg may sound heartbreaking, this surgery is actually the beginning of a new life. Dogs adapt incredibly well, and once Flint has healed, our goal is to have him fitted for a prosthetic. But first, we need to get him through surgery.
