Flourishing Grounds is more than just your neighborhood cafe. It's a place where survivors of human trafficking and individuals rebuilding their lives can find meaningful mentorship, community and empowerment. Through life skills programs and job readiness trainings, we help people rediscover their worth, dignity, and purpose while encouraging them to not just dream again, but to step boldly towards those dreams.

Fundraising Milestones:

Phase One: Foundations

Goals: Finalize location, secure building space, and cover early administrative costs

Milestone Target: $50,000

Your giving in this phase helps us solidify our foundation, such as lining up legal setup, architectural direction, and initial consulting.

Phase Two: Buildout & Renovation

Goals: Fund renovations, purchase major equipment, and begin transforming our space.

Milestone Target: $200,000 by end of May 2026

This phase includes construction, plumbing/electrical updates, espresso machines, refrigeration, and the design elements that will make our space feel like home.

Phase Three: The Dream Team!

Goals: Hire, onboard, and begin training the first team members!

Milestone Target: $50,000 by July 15, 2026

Your support here equips us to invest in the people who will embody the heart of Flourishing Grounds and serve our community each day. Our goal is to build a strong culture within our team and begin preparing to launch and serve the community with excellence upon opening our doors to the public!

Phase Four: Preview Season & Preparation

Goals: Order initial inventory, host private preview night & soft launch events, final touches to space before grand opening.

Milestone Target: $50,000 by end of August 2026

In this phase, we begin testing the menu, refining operations, and welcoming supporters into the space.

Phase Five: GRAND OPENING (September 2026)

Goals: Finalize finishing touches and remaining costs, and open Flourishing Grounds Cafe to the public!!

Milestone Target: $75,000

This is where the vision becomes reality; where we introduce the newest home of hope, hospitality, and healing in Phoenix!

**The final $25,000 to reach our $450,000 goal will be raised through our first month of operations.

Flourishing Grounds is a program of Crowned Movement, a nonprofit organization.

Crowned Movement has submitted its 501(c)(3) application to the IRS and tax-exempt status is currently pending. All donations made at this time are not yet tax-deductible. Once exempt status is approved, donations may become tax-deductible retroactively to the date of application, in accordance with IRS guidelines.
