FOCA's Annual Booth at the Monroe County Fair

First Merchants Expo Building!

Located inside the Expo Center, Friends of Companion Animals meets the Monroe County public every year at the Monroe County Fair here in Michigan. We try our best to help answer the public regarding their questions about feline issues or how to go about adopting. It also gives us the chance to let people know about our Resale Shop next to our shelter that helps fund the rescue.

But if you can't make it to the fair to give a donation at the FOCA Cat of the Year photo game or play the egg game that helps us fund our promotions department you can still help. Simply make a donation now! Just like all of our fundraisers, every donation goes 100% to FOCA cats, whether it's food, lodging or promotions like this to let the world know they are here looking for quality homes.

**Just so there are no surprises, our fundraising software Givebutter asks for a donation at checkout but you can turn it off. You'll see the following info in your cart at checkout: 'An optional tip allows FRIENDS OF COMPANION ANIMALS to use Givebutter's 100% free fundraising platform and keeps it running for all nonprofits. Thank you! ' To avoid this, change the percentage amount to 'other' and then put in '0' as the amount to avoid this charge. If you can make a donation of some kind to Givebutter that's great since it's been a dependable program, but if not, that's okay too.
