If you can't make it for the day of the event, but you want to join in the fun consider taking part in our black out square game. Just stop by the shelter anytime in March during normal hours, Wed-Sat Noon to 5 PM, and make a $5 donation.

Pick your favorite number that's not already blacked out.

If you win, you'll split half the 'pot of gold' with FOCA!

It's really as simple as donating $5 and picking a number to black out until they're all gone.

You can donate up to 4 squares ($20 donation) for 4 chances out of 100 to win. Game will continue until March 28th so you can play the day of the party or anytime before or after! Just keep in mind the big fun come at the birthday party...

Plus get the chance to win a $25 Kroger gift card for anyone who comes to our birthday party with much needed 'gifts' like Purina products we always need such as Kitten Chow, Purina One Healthy Kitten Dry, Fancy Feast Kitten wet food, Gentle Dry, Sensitive Skin and Stomach or Naturals Original.

**Just so there are no surprises, our fundraising software Givebutter asks for a donation at checkout but you can turn it off. You'll see the following info in your cart at checkout: 'An optional tip allows FRIENDS OF COMPANION ANIMALS to use Givebutter's 100% free fundraising platform and keeps it running for all nonprofits. Thank you! ' To avoid this, change the percentage amount to 'other' and then put in '0' as the amount to avoid this charge. If you can make a donation of some kind to Givebutter that's great since it's been a dependable program, but if not, that's okay too.

But if you can't make it but still want to support the shelter, why not make a donation now? Just like with the merch for sale, every donation goes 100% to taking care of FOCA cats and not a rich CEO.
