Since 2019, FOCA has done Trunk or Treat for the area kids and this year is no different!

Visit Sunday October 4th 1-3 PM for a ghoulish good time!

Friends of Companion Animals, Monroe County's only all-cat rescue, is kicking off Halloween with our annual OUTDOOR Trunk or Treat at the shelter Sunday Oct. 4th from 1 to 3 PM. Costumed kids accompanied by an adult can play games and get free treats at different stations manned by FOCA volunteers and family.

Attendees of all ages are welcome to enjoy a drink, chips and either a hot dog or slice of pizza donated by Monroe's Hungry Howie restaurants while supplies last!

Plus, we'll have raffles for cool Halloween-centric items. In addition, for those who bring their own pumpkins or buy one at FOCA, there will be a pumpkin decorating supplies on hand free of charge!

You can even 'adopt-a-ghost' for a dollar donation! No two ghosts are alike so come see them for yourself and take a couple home to love! And remember, while not required to trick or treat, donations to the cause are always welcome since it helps us continue to help the felines and people of Monroe County.

Enjoy Ghoulish Good Time @ FOCA! with...

*Free Treat Stations
* Drinks & Snacks
* Adopt-a-Ghost for $1 donation
* Dollar Raffles
* Games & Art
* Discount Pumpkins

In the case of bad weather we'll host Trunk or Treat the following Sunday Oct. 11th same hours.

**Just so there are no surprises, our fundraising software Givebutter asks for a donation at checkout but you can turn it off. You'll see the following info in your cart at checkout: 'An optional tip allows FRIENDS OF COMPANION ANIMALS to use Givebutter's 100% free fundraising platform and keeps it running for all nonprofits. Thank you! ' To avoid this, change the percentage amount to 'other' and then put in '0' as the amount to avoid this charge. If you can make a donation of some kind to Givebutter that's great since it's been a dependable program, but if not, that's okay too.

Check out some our images over the years and come take part!
