Food For All Services is a registered 501c3 nonprofit African grocery store located in Portland, Maine. We provide food-insecure new immigrants with a low-barrier, dignified, and respectable solution to access culturally-relevant food. New immigrants are often expected to assimilate into American culture but at FFA we celebrate and appreciate our customers' lived experiences while coming together in a space that is welcoming and people of color focused.

At FFA we provide customers with food at highly discounted prices - allowing them to spend less time roaming aisles at large grocery stores or feeling uncomfortable due to language and cultural barriers. Our store provides a dignified solution to food insecurity. One where customers do not have to spend hours at the food pantry and be limited in what they can select. FFA is a true connector of community. Our customers love us because shopping with us reminds them of home and a time with less stress.

Provided 5,000 lbs of food
Connected families with 25 different community resources such as housing, financial, and workforce development
Supported families from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Somalia, Nigeria, and beyond
