Our Story

A sanctuary for cats. A calling for us. A lifeline for the forgotten.

Our story began with Bentley, a smoke Persian rescued from the streets of Kuwait, and Pluto — a fragile little soul who stole our hearts from thousands of miles away. When they came into our lives, they brought more than love. They brought a mission that now spans continents.

We learned about Angels with Paw Prints, the Kuwaiti rescue that saved them. With no protective laws and five cats abandoned every two hours, the odds there are grim. In 2024 we left our careers and founded The Fur Seasons — a sanctuary designed to be a peaceful stop on the journey home, where cats rest, heal, and are spoiled before meeting their forever families.

On October 1, we're playing golf for them.

Our Charity Golf Outing at The Oaks Golf Course funds the unglamorous essentials behind that work: the airline crates, the vet bills, the food and litter and supplies that keep the sanctuary running.

What your support does

$150 — spay/neuter and initial vaccines for one rescued cat
$350 — a full intake workup: exam, testing, and treatment
$750 — international transport for one guest
$1,000 — dental surgery for a cat who arrived with bad teeth
$2,500 — emergency and specialty veterinary care

Two ways to join us

Sponsor the outing. Levels run from $150 to $2,500 and are listed below. Sponsors get signage on the course, a place on our sponsor board, and recognition across our channels — and most levels include golf. We'll happily build something custom if nothing here fits.
