Forest Bathing: A Journey to Inner Calm
Wellesley, MA | Saturday, September 12 | 9:30-11:30am

Join us for a peaceful outdoor experience that invites us to slow down, embrace transition, and deepen our connection with the natural world. Forest bathing is a mindful practice of engaging the senses in nature, offering an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction, reflection, and renewal through simple guided presence outdoors.

In this season of changing light, shifting landscapes, and gentle transition, we’ll explore what nature can teach us about moving through change with greater presence and intention.

Led by Michele Ryan, ANFT forest therapy guide and former Sacred Threads board member, whose love of nature and commitment to wellness guide her work. Michele is a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, bringing her passion for stress relief and mindfulness to every walk.

Space is limited to 12 participants, so we encourage you to register now to reserve your spot!

Please note: This program requires walking for most of the time on terrain that may be uneven due to tree roots, rocks, and other natural features. If you have questions about accessibility, please email info@sacredthreadscenter.org.

Tickets are offered at tiered pricing levels of $15, $25, and $35 to help keep this event accessible. Please select the amount that feels right for you. Choosing a higher ticket level helps sustain our programs and supports events like this.

We don’t want cost to prevent anyone from attending. If you need financial assistance, please contact us at info@sacredthreadscenter.org.
