What is the I Love You Bro Project?

The I Love You Bro Project is a Utah 501c3 non-profit organization that is focused specifically on Men’s Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, and ongoing Personal Development for men through evidence-based programming.

In Utah, Men are 80% of ALL suicides. We are lighting the fire on this desperate need!

The I Love You Bro Project support's men in Utah by facilitating connection and purpose through multiple weekly support groups, monthly mental health workshops, and now monthly support workshops for women.

Forged Through Fire is a one-of-a-kind Firewalk Fundraiser for Men‘s Mental Health & Suicide Prevention! "Walking through fire" is a powerfully symbolic act of courage and togetherness, unifying participants through all of life’s challenges - bonding us in refining fire. At this event, hundreds of courageous individuals will “walk through fire” for each other, loved ones lost to suicide, and for those who are struggling.

This incredible event will be held in the parking lot of the Valley Grove retail stores in Pleasant Grove (right off the Pleasant Grove Blvd exit).
