Actually, You’re Fine: A Book Talk & Panel Discussion with Dr. Katie S. Davis

Join the Friends of the Scarsdale Library for a special evening featuring Dr. Katie S. Davis, author of Actually, You’re Fine: A Compassionate, Practical Guide to Maximizing Your Child’s Potential in the Age of Anxiety.

In a world where parenting can feel overwhelming and anxiety among children is an increasing concern, Dr. Davis offers a reassuring, practical perspective on helping children thrive. Through a conversation about her new book and an engaging panel discussion, we’ll explore how parents can better understand their children’s emotional needs, navigate the pressures of modern childhood, and support healthy development with confidence and compassion.

Dr. Davis will be joined by an expert panel featuring Ilana D. Rosenberg, Ph.D., Founder and Owner of Scarsdale Psychology Associates; Dr. Heather Ufberg, licensed clinical psychologist at Scarsdale Psychology Associates and certified school psychologist; Gabrielle Felman, MS. Ed, LCSW, PMH-C, Founder and Owner of Felman Early Childhood Consulting and Community of Play; and a pediatrician from NewYork-Presbyterian.

Whether you’re a parent, caregiver, or professional who works with children, this conversation promises thoughtful insights, practical guidance, and a reassuring reminder that we can help our children flourish without striving for perfection.
