The Junior League of Cedar Rapids is excited to welcome you to The Hotel at Kirkwood Event Center this Friday, April 12th! We are thrilled to be bringing you an evening of celebration, reflection, and gratitude as we recap 90 years of community-driven work in the Cedar Rapids area. Important Details About the Event: Location: The Hotel at Kirkwood Event Center Atrium & Ballroom. Upon arrival, please check in at the JLCR registration desk at the South Atrium entrance on the South side of the Event Center. This is NOT the main hotel lobby entrance on the North side of the building. Driving Directions: If arriving from downtown Cedar Rapids, drive South down Kirkwood Blvd passing The Kirkwood Hotel on your left. Just after you pass the building, turn left down the driveway into the parking lot. Parking is free & the event space is most accessible from this entrance. Food/Drink: There is a plated meal served with your ticket purchase. There will also be a full bar. Cash & credit card are accepted. Event Timeline: 5:30pm - Cocktail Hour Begins in the Atrium 6:15pm - Ballroom Doors Open & Silent Auction bidding begins 7:00pm - Program Starts 8:30pm - Silent Auction ends Attire: Dress to impress! During cocktail hour, you will have the opportunity to interact with members of our League & learn more about our current initiatives to support foster youth in our community. There will also be an opportunity for professional photos at this time. Come early!
