Christmas Kindness began as a simple idea, that when a community comes together, even small acts of kindness can create meaningful impact.

As we grow into a year-round organization, we’re taking an important next step: applying for federal 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. This allows future donations to be tax-deductible, opens the door to grants, and helps ensure Christmas Kindness continues to operate with transparency, care, and sustainability.

This February, our goal is to raise $2,500 to cover the costs of filing our IRS 501(c)(3) application and completing the foundational setup needed to do this the right way.

This campaign is about building the foundation, not just for the year ahead, but for the long-term future of kindness in our community.
