Francisco (Frank) Alonso, age 66, passed away Nov 15th 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was blessed with a wonderful family and dear friends.

Frank loved cars and supported his wife with her love to travel. He was always present and very involved with all activities with his sons, passing on the passion for antique cars and collectables.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, two sons and daughters-in law, five grandsons and a sister who will strive to honor him by remembering all the special moments shared with him and continue to nurture his passionate hobbies with his grandsons.

The Castaways Against Cancer is a group of cancer fighters that paddle and cycle 160 miles from Miami to Key West over 7 days. Their mission is to fund cancer research and honor those who have fought the fight. The donations the Castaways receive this year are being matched by Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Research Center which is a Miami-based hospital.
