Our gym is a second home where young people learn discipline, resilience, and community pride. It’s a place that offers leadership and structure, where they can develop boxing skills, life skills, a growth mindset, and thrive in a supportive environment.

Now more than ever, we see how much boxing is needed to address physical, mental, and emotional health challenges for youth. Yet, cost continues to be a barrier to wellness for many youth and families. The Free Youth Boxing Clinic is a direct response to this need. It’s become an instrumental resource for youth and families, and supports our community-led volunteer team (youth and adults).
