The Freeman Regional Health Services Foundation will host our 14th Annual Golf Tournament on August 30, 2024 (postponed from 6/21, due to weather) at Valley View Golf Course in Freeman, SD with golfing beginning at 10am.

• Sign up now for this 4-person, 18-hole golf scramble.
• The entry fee is $100/golfer or $400/team and will be limited to the first 18 teams to register.
• Individual golfers will be registered and placed onto teams.
• Registration includes 18 holes of golf, shared cart, swag, lunch, and door prizes.
