At the Veterans Community Housing Alliance Program (VCHAP), we believe that no veteran who answered the call to serve our nation or a senior aged person should ever face homelessness, isolation, or the uncertainty of not knowing where they will sleep at night.

Help Us Turn 10 Acres of Possibility into a Community of Hope.

We have secured 10 acres in Kingman, Arizona. The land is ready. The vision is clear.

Now, we need partners like you to help us build the homes.

Our goal is to build a Community Wellness & Independence Campus being created to provide safe, affordable, sustainable housing for veterans and seniors rebuilding their lives after homelessness, trauma, or financial hardship.

Imagine Not Knowing Where You'll Sleep Tonight.

Imagine a veteran who once stood ready to serve our country now sleeping in a vehicle.

Imagine a senior woman deciding whether this month's limited income will pay for rent, medication, or food.

Imagine leaving an abusive home with little more than the clothes you're wearing—and discovering that safety comes with nowhere to live.

Imagine having a disability, being perfectly capable of living independently, but being unable to find a home you can afford.

Now imagine something different.

A front door. A warm bed. A private bathroom. Clean water. Electricity. A garden. A community. And finally…the ability to say, "I'm home."

That's what we're building.

We're Not Just Building A Homeless to Home Community. We're Building New Beginnings.

Each resident will have a safe, private home while gaining access to resources designed to help create lasting stability and independence, including:

Safe, affordable housing
Veteran services and benefits navigation
Workforce development and employment assistance
Financial literacy and credit-building support
Behavioral health and wellness resources
Community gardens and healthy food access
Transportation coordination
Digital access and telehealth
Community connection and supportive services

Because housing isn't the finish line. Housing is where healing begins.

Our First Fundraising Goal: $250,000

We are seeking $250,000 to help create homes and the essential infrastructure needed to support them, including water, solar, septic, site preparation, and other development needs.

And as we grow, those first homes will become part of something much larger—a community built around dignity, independence, sustainability, and hope.

What Can Your Gift Build?

Every $10 secures food and toiletries for each home. No amount is to little.

$1,000 — Helps provide household essentials and welcome-home supplies.

$5,000 — Helps provide furnishings, appliances, or accessibility improvements.

$10,000 — Helps fund critical water, septic, site, or infrastructure needs.

$12,500 — Helps provide renewable-energy infrastructure.

$25,000 — Helps develop housing and shared community infrastructure.

$50,000 — Becomes a major investment toward creating a complete resident home.

$250,000 — Becomes a transformational Founding Partner investment toward our first five homes and supporting infrastructure.
