Transitioning service members bring discipline, leadership, work ethic, mission focus, and often an active security clearance. They have already proven they can serve under pressure, solve problems, lead teams, and protect what matters.

Without structured preparation, too many transitioning service members fall into unemployment or, more often, underemployment. That is the silent killer of potential.

Many organizations do critical work helping veterans once they are already in crisis.

F3USA exists to be the ounce of prevention.

We get involved early.

F3USA has an MOU and DoD approval to operate a SkillBridge program, allowing us to train and certify active-duty transitioning service members before they separate from the military. While they are still in uniform, students gain access to hands-on cybersecurity training, certification preparation, workforce development, VA claims assistance, career placement support, and employer networking opportunities.

The goal is simple:

Help service members step directly into high-demand cybersecurity roles when they hang up the uniform.

There are nearly half a million open cybersecurity jobs in America.

Every year, about 200,000 service members transition from military to civilian life.

The gap is real.

So is the opportunity.
