We all remember it — from basic training to every re-qual since.

Our time in uniform goes by fast. Before we know it, we’re facing transition back to civilian life. The clear task and purpose disappear. We are no longer part of a unit. We have an identity crisis.

We are looking for some things in a new mission:
Purpose.
Community.
A career that makes a difference.
Timing — before stress hits home, before financial hardship, before the wheels come off.

Transitioning service members bring work ethic, leadership, and often an active security clearance — but without structured preparation, too many fall into unemployment or, more often, underemployment. That’s the silent killer of potential.

Many nonprofits assist Veterans in crisis. We exist to apply the pound of cure.

We get involved early — training and certifying service members with marketable cybersecurity skills before they separate, while they’re still on active duty, so they can step directly into high-demand roles the moment they hang up the uniform.

There are over 500,000 open cybersecurity jobs in America.
And over 200,000 service members transition every year.
