At STAR Women, we are intentional about empowering underprivileged, unreached and underserved young women to fulfil their purpose. Our clients are typically recruited from low-income backgrounds and supported to chart new pathways that lead them to greener pastures.

Our programs are uniquely designed to remove barriers that prevent underprivileged young women from pursuing personal and professional development goals. We facilitate their capacity building, provide them with mentorship and support them to access unlimited opportunities in the job market. With this approach, we have trained, resourced, coached and supported our clients to become business owners and work-ready women of value. In addition to being entrepreneurial and employable, some have even moved on to pursue higher education.

Our goal is to raise USD 25,000 to cover the costs of empowering our women through leadership, digital, entrepreneurial, vocational and technical skills training needed to gain access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in diverse industries.
