My name is Sammie Gore, founder of Nacho Potato LLC — home to Nacho Potato, Waffle Crunch, and Sammie G’s Catering.

What started as a dream built from passion, resilience, and creativity has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined. Through pop-ups, festivals, community events, catering, and long nights in the kitchen, I’ve worked to build brands that bring people together through comfort food, bold flavors, and unforgettable experiences.

Nacho Potato was created with one goal in mind: to create a space where good food and good vibes come together. From loaded nachos and potatoes to sweet treats through Waffle Crunch, every menu item is created with love, intention, and community at the center.

Over the past year, we’ve grown through grassroots support, local events, word of mouth, and an amazing community that continues to believe in what we’re building. Now, we’re ready for the next step: purchasing a food truck/trailer that will allow us to expand throughout Kansas City and beyond.

This fundraiser will help cover:

• A custom food truck/trailer

• Kitchen equipment and refrigeration

• Licensing and permits

• Generator and power setup

• Vehicle wrap and branding

• Initial inventory and operational costs
