Full Bowls: A Lunch for FEAST

Because everyone deserves a full bowl.

We all know what an empty bowl means.

Hunger. Uncertainty. Having to make difficult choices about what to put on the table.

But at FEAST, we believe our communities deserve something different.

Full bowls. Full bodies. Full lives.

That’s why we’re gathering for Full Bowls: A Lunch for FEAST — a celebration of what becomes possible when people have consistent access to nourishing food, the knowledge to support their health, and a community that shows up for them.

Inspired by the familiar Empty Bowls fundraiser model, we’re flipping the idea on its head.

Because FEAST isn’t just working to fill an empty bowl. We’re working to keep bowls full.

Through food access, nutrition education, and emotional support and connection, FEAST helps people build the stability and nourishment they need to thrive.

Your support makes that possible.

A full bowl is about more than food.

It can mean a parent knowing there will be enough groceries to make it through the week.

It can mean having the tools and knowledge to make nourishing choices.

It can mean sitting down for a meal without the stress of wondering where the next one will come from.

And it can mean feeling connected, supported, and cared for.

That is what we mean by a full bowl.

Join us.

This lunch is an opportunity to come together around a simple idea: when we invest in food, health, and community, we help create the conditions for people to flourish.

Your participation and generosity will help FEAST continue providing the food access, nutrition education, and supportive community that our neighbors deserve.

Come share a meal. Learn more about FEAST. Celebrate the work happening in our communities.

And help us fill more bowls.

Because a full bowl is a beginning — not an ending.

Your support fills more than bowls.

Every gift helps FEAST make nourishing food and meaningful support more accessible to the people and communities we serve.

Will you help us fill a bowl?
