Tristan Was 16. His Legacy Lives On. 💜

The Tristan Project was created in memory of Tristan Brown, who was just 16 years old when his life was tragically cut short.

Out of an unimaginable loss came a promise: Tristan’s story would not end when his life did.

Today, The Tristan Project carries his name forward by supporting youth mental health, helping remove barriers to care, connecting families with resources, and showing up for young people in our community when they need to know they are not alone.

Why $16?

Because Tristan was 16.

As we enter Year Two of The Tristan Project, we are looking for 100 people to commit to giving $16 a month for one year.

We call them Tristan’s 16.

One person giving $16 a month provides $192 of support over a year.

If 100 people join us, together we can raise $19,200 to help carry this mission forward.

Your monthly support helps The Tristan Project continue its work to:

• Support youth mental health
• Help remove financial and practical barriers to mental-health care
• Connect young people and families with trusted resources
• Provide assistance and outreach to youth in our community
• Build partnerships with schools, mental-health professionals, and community organizations
• Remind young people that their lives matter

We don't replace mental-health professionals. Instead, we work alongside our community to help families find resources and overcome some of the barriers that can stand between a young person and the help they need.

More Than $16

This isn't really about sixteen dollars.

It's about the young person who needs someone to notice they're struggling.

It's about the parent who doesn't know where to turn.

It's about helping a family overcome a barrier that might otherwise keep their child from getting support.

And it's about taking a life that ended far too soon and allowing the love behind it to continue making a difference.
