The Frontier of Classroom Education

For decades, space exploration was reserved for a select few. Today, the commercial space industry is expanding at an unprecedented rate, yet our classroom curriculum often lags behind. Teachers in Space, Inc. was founded to bridge this gap by providing educators with the direct experience and technical skills necessary to teach space science effectively.

The Growing Technical Divide

Data indicates that a significant percentage of middle and high school students lose interest in STEM subjects before graduation. This trend is often linked to a lack of hands-on, modern applications in the classroom. Currently, our professional development programs have a waiting list of qualified teachers who are eager to bring satellite technology and suborbital flight experiments to their students, but we lack the funding to accommodate them all.

Our Strategic Vision

We are launching this project to expand our summer workshops and flight opportunities. With your support, we will provide:

Technical Workshops: Intensive training on building and launching CubeSats.
Flight Opportunities: Suborbital flights for teacher-led experiments.
Resource Kits: Hardware and sensors for 50 participating schools.
Curriculum Development: Industry-aligned lesson plans for grades 6 through 12.

Your Investment in the Future

Your contribution directly facilitates the transfer of high-level aerospace knowledge from the lab to the classroom. When you give, you are not just supporting a teacher; you are inspiring every student who walks through their door for years to come. For example, a $500 gift covers the cost of one educator's specialized hardware training session.
