Middle schoolers notice when things feel unfair.

They ask questions adults don’t always answer.

They care deeply about their schools, their communities, and the world they’re inheriting.

But middle school is an in-between space.

They’re no longer little kids. Not yet high schoolers.

Old enough to have strong opinions. Too young for most leadership spaces.

This program exists for that gap.

The Changemakers' Lab is a guided, purpose-driven program where young people learn how change actually happens — and where they discover their own way to participate in it.

Through mentorship, structured learning, and hands-on project development, students explore issues they care about, understand the systems behind them, and build real-world skills — from collaboration to project management to taking collective action.

The goal is to help young people see themselves as capable of making change, in ways that fit who they are.
