In times of crisis, we provide emergency relief. Through Project NXT, we invest in the next generation, offering scholarships, mentorship, and hands-on experience to aspiring culinary students.

Future Industry Leaders ($2,500) Students in hospitality and culinary programs can participate in immersive learning opportunities such as conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Culinary Education Supporter ($1,500)
Covers scholarships to culinary students or in-person business training for one culinary entrepreneur at our Global Culinary Conference. This immersive experience offers hands-on education, expert-led workshops, and meaningful connections that support long-term business growth.

Invest in Rising Stars ($1,000)
Provide a scholarship to a graduating high school student from a culinary arts program or a student currently enrolled in a collegiate culinary arts/hospitality program.

Stock the Pantry of a Culinary Class ($750)
