Help us build opportunities for every generation in Ramona and our surrounding San Diego County communities.

A young person discovering what they can do. An adult learning new skills for a new career. A neighbor getting help with a needed home repair. These are the opportunities Bauer Builds Future is working to create—with your support.

BBF: Practical Skills, Career Pathways, and Community Service

Bauer Builds Future’s workforce and community programs focus on construction skills, career preparation, and charitable home repair. Our vision welcomes young adults, veterans, career changers, seniors, and others seeking opportunities to learn and contribute.

We aim to connect useful training with meaningful community service—helping people develop their abilities while supporting neighbors who need assistance with their homes.

BBY: After-School Learning for Ages 12–17

Bauer Builds Youth is BBF’s planned after-school enrichment program for young people ages 12–17. Our goal is a welcoming, supervised place where youth can learn practical skills and spend productive hours while their parents are at work.

Through age-appropriate projects, participants will have opportunities to explore all sorts of life-skills and practical skills such as, cooking, credit, finances, responsible media and electronic usage, measuring, planning, building, tool safety, teamwork and problem-solving—developing confidence, responsibility, and positive connections along the way.

BBY participants will be able to build practical experience and refine their skills while operating a student-operated farm-to-table snack bar (ask us about it)!

One Organization. A Shared Community Purpose.

BBF and its BBY youth program connect around a simple belief: people deserve opportunities to learn useful skills, discover their strengths, and help their community.

Your gift supports the development and delivery of these programs, including training space, instructors and supervision, tools, safety equipment, project materials, charitable repair work, and essential operating costs.

BBY is currently in development. We will share its location, schedule, and enrollment details as plans are finalized.

Give $1, $10, $25, or whatever works for you. Share this campaign with a neighbor or local business or join as a fundraiser.

Together, we can help young people grow, adults pursue new opportunities, and neighbors build stronger communities.
