FundedYouth 3D Printer Giveaway Promotion Details

Start Date: September 1, 2024
End Date: October 21, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST
Drawing Date: October 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM PST via Livestream on FundedYouth's YouTube channel, hosted by the Youth Advisory Board.

Runner-Up Prizes:

10 additional winners will receive a FundedYouth-branded promotional items.

Eligibility

Who Can Enter:

Donations: Receive 1 entry for every $10.00 donated to FundedYouth during the promotion period.
Class Attendance: Attend any FundedYouth class between September 1, 2024, and October 21, 2024, to receive 1 entry.
Newsletter Subscription: Subscribe to the FundedYouth newsletter to receive 1 entry.

Exclusions:

Current staff and volunteers of RC Lasercraft or FundedYouth are not eligible to participate.
Individuals who have won a FundedYouth giveaway within the last 12 months are not eligible to win.

Winner Selection

Entry Collection: All eligible entries will be collected and recorded in a CSV file.
Random Selection: Winner will be selected by a random electronic draw.
Runner-Up Prizes: 10 selected entries will each receive a T-Shirt or other FundedYouth-branded gift.

Note: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize Claiming

Notification: The Grand Prize winner will be announced during the livestream on October 22, 2024. Additionally, the winner will be notified directly via email and announced on FundedYouth’s social media channels.
In-Person Pickup/Delivery: Winners residing within San Diego County may choose to pick up their prize in person or have it delivered by a FundedYouth staff member.
Shipping: Winners residing outside of San Diego County will be responsible for the cost of shipping the prize to their location.
Donation Option: The winner may choose to donate their prize to a school of their choice.
Claim Deadline: The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be donated to a school in San Diego County.

Additional Rules and Disclaimers

No Purchase Necessary: Participants may enter the giveaway without making a purchase by subscribing to the FundedYouth newsletter.

Tax Considerations: Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize. The fair market value of the prize will be reported to the IRS if required by law.
