Founded in memory of Steven Schwartzberg, the Foundation brings this mission to life through three core initiatives: Common Denominator, Future Friends, and Psychological First Aid.

Future Friends, one of the Foundation's flagship programs, brings artists, creators, students, and community leaders together on college campuses to foster meaningful connection, inspire authentic conversations, and increase awareness of mental wellness resources and support.

The principals of Two Bridge are lifelong healthcare leaders with a deep commitment to mental wellness. After building and leading a healthcare organization to $1.6 billion in annual revenue with 16,000 employees, they dedicated their full attention to addressing the growing loneliness and mental health crisis facing young people.

That commitment is deeply personal. Founder Harris Schwartzberg established the Foundation after losing his brother, Steven Schwartzberg, in 2008 following a lifelong battle with bipolar disorder. Steven's memory continues to inspire the Foundation's mission to reduce stigma, strengthen human connection, and expand access to mental wellness education and support.
