Seniors in Southern Brevard County comprise almost 25% of the population, but receive less than 1% of state and local government assistance programs. Nonprofit and other volunteer organizations are needed to help fill the void. When Faith Walk By Two met with Helping Seniors of Brevard and Joe's Senior Resource Center of Brevard, we identified some specific needs where we could step in to assist.
