Join us as we walk the Ravenel Bridge every day for Mental Health Awareness and to help raise money for our Quest on Campus expansion.

We hope these daily walks encourage our community to celebrate mental fitness, partake in important conversations around mental health, and to walk together to honor those who have lost their battles to suicide.

We highly encourage our bridge walk leaders to start a fundraising team to help us to continue to grow our mission and impact with college students. And for those who only want to join to walk and participate, we encourage y'all to share our campaign to anyone who may be willing to join to show support.

It all starts with one step, and together, we can Bridge the Gap for ourselves and others to know they are never alone.

lead the group across the Ravenel & back (halfway point)
share your mental health journey
create a peer-to-peer fundraising team (great for businesses, orgs, & friend groups!)

We strengthen the mental fitness of young adults by providing free group recreation, community building on college campuses, and service campaigns in the community to combat loneliness, suicide, and addiction
