🖥️ I’m Using Tech to Break Barriers—and I’m Just Getting Started
Hi, I’m Musulyn Fahnbulleh, a determined Management Information Systems student with big dreams and a bigger heart. I live with Sickle Cell Disease, and while it’s brought challenges, it’s also taught me resilience, focus, and the power of turning pain into purpose.
In my free time, I love doing nails, coding, and playing The Sims 4—these hobbies help me stay creative, focused, and grounded. Whether I’m building a virtual world or designing something beautiful, I’m always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and express myself.
💡 My Dream: Tech for Good
I want to use technology to make life better—especially for people who don’t have easy access to healthcare or education. I believe in creating solutions that help close gaps and open doors, especially for communities like mine that are often overlooked.
Sickle Cell may be part of my story, but it doesn’t define my limits. It’s made me more driven to succeed—not just for myself, but for others who are living with this condition and need to know that they can still do big things, too.
🎓 Why This Scholarship Matters
Receiving the Warrior On The Rise Scholarship would mean so much—not just to me, but to my mom, who’s also in university right now. It would take some of the pressure off her and help me stay focused on school without the extra stress.
But beyond the financial support, this scholarship is a huge honor. It’s a chance to represent students like me who are living with Sickle Cell and still striving for greatness. It’s a reminder that we belong in college just like everyone else—and we’re here to thrive.
✨ Help the Next Warrior Rise
I’m proud to be one of 27 scholars awarded this year—thanks to the generosity of people like you. In past years, only 10 students received this award. Your support is what made this incredible growth possible.
By donating to the Warrior On The Rise Scholarship Fund, you’re helping more young warriors chase their dreams, break barriers, and find joy in their college journey—just like I’m doing now.
Thank you for believing in us.
