If you’ve followed us for a while you would know this all to well. We need water!
When we bought this property back in 2016 we had huge dreams! But over the last two years we have realized those dreams will never come true here. There are far too many obstacles, the biggest being a lack of water. It has become increasingly difficult to get water and the horses drink 300+ gallons a day!

The quote to drill is $75,000+ and no guarantee of water.

Well… we have a solution but we need help!

We found a property! It is only 3 hours from our current location. Closer to Reno, closer to hay, to doctors and groceries. It’s 10 acres fenced and cross fenced, has trees, shelters, and a well. It is also fully irrigated as it used to grow hay. The asking price is $75,000!!!
There is also another 10 acres available but our sights are on just the one for now.
We’ve talked with the owner and agent. We need the whole amount. Our income does not qualify us for a loan unfortunately. Every single penny we earn goes to hay, feed, water and care of the animals.

We do not want to lose this opportunity.

This property would mean we could help so many more horses and other animals in need. They would have trees, grass, water, huge area to run, all the things we’ve tried so hard to do for the last few years. We would be able to have our therapy program going again, dog training again, a beautiful area for adopters to come visit animals, a volunteer area, so much more that we could be doing instead of hauling water every day.

Don’t think a dollar doesn’t help because it does!
