Create a Team

The GACAR Giving Circle makes it easy for everyone to be part of giving back. By creating a fundraising team, you and others can pool your resources to reach the $1,000 threshold needed to vote for the grant recipient.

Team Goal: Each team must raise at least $1,000 to earn a vote.
Team Size: Up to 10 people can contribute to a team. Teams can be any size—from just one person up to 10 members.
Flexibility: We understand times in real estate are tough right now, so this flexible model ensures that everyone has the opportunity to participate in the Giving Circle, regardless of individual circumstances.
Impact Together: Once your team reaches $1,000, you’ll help decide which organization receives funding, ensuring your collective voice makes a difference in housing for our community.

The mission of the GACAR Giving Circle is to address and improve the housing needs of local residents.

The goal of the GACAR Giving Circle is to:

Support philanthropy through collective giving to maximize our impact on the community
Support programs that facilitate housing needs in our community
Educate the community about the power of local housing advocates and philanthropists
Connect local housing advocates with other local housing advocates who are interested in building a better housing environment for all
