<h1>⭐ <strong>Event Details </strong></h1>
<p><strong>Parking:</strong><br>Parking before 5pm is available on the street or at 15th & Douglas. Park Eight Garage doesn't open until 5pm. ADA parking is available in the Arrival Plaza on Douglas Street. Please plan accordingly, giving consideration to weather and construction conditions. </p>
<p><strong>Accessible Parking:</strong><br>Accessible parking is available in the <strong>Arrival Plaza</strong> accessed from <strong>Douglas Street</strong>, with additional accessible stalls located directly on Douglas Street.</p>
<p><strong>Venue Entrance:</strong><br>Guests should enter through the <strong>main lobby entrance</strong> of the Holland Performing Arts Center. Signage and volunteers will guide you to <strong>Scott Hall</strong> for check-in.</p>
<p><strong>Attire:</strong><br>Business casual to semi-formal. This is a celebratory evening—feel free to dress for photos.</p>
<p><strong>Seating:</strong><br>Your ticket type determines your seating section. <strong>Doors open at 3:45 PM</strong> for all guests. Reserved and VIP sections will be clearly marked.</p>
<p><strong>Accessibility:</strong><br>Scott Hall is fully accessible. Please indicate any accessibility needs during ticket purchase so our team can assist upon arrival.</p>
<p><strong>Silent Auction:</strong><br>All guests will have access to the Silent Auction. Bidding will be available online and in-person throughout the event. Auction closes at <strong>6:00 PM CST</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Refund Policy:</strong><br>All ticket sales are final.<br>If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, your purchase will be converted to a charitable donation supporting Hero’s Encore.</p>
<p><strong>Livestream Access (Hybrid Option):</strong><br>If you choose a Virtual Access ticket, the livestream link will be emailed to you <strong>48 hours before the event</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Photography & Media:</strong><br>Photos and video will be captured throughout the gala. By attending, you consent to Hero’s Encore using images and footage for promotional and educational purposes.</p>
