Thank you to everyone who joined, donated, and supported us at our Garage and Pupusa Sale hosted by Salvadoran Bakery and Restaurant on Saturday, August 15th, 2026!

It was a huge success thanks to all the community members who learned more about what we do while eating delicious pupusas and rehoming donated items!

We are still giving items a new home in an effort to support our youth through access to sports, resources, and opportunities, and if you would still like to support us in any way, we are grateful!

With school around the corner, we’re hoping to change lives, one smile at a time, for our new scholars of all ages, with their needs and favorites.

The name of the organization is CIPOTES SONRIENDO DBA AS CIPOTES SONRIENDO USA. The organization is constituted in accordance with the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act, as amended.

The organization has not been formed for the making of any profit or personal financial gain. The assets and income of the organization shall not be distributable to, or benefit the trustees, directors or officers or other individuals. The assets and income shall only be used to promote corporate purposes as described below. Nothing contained herein, however, shall be deemed to prohibit the payment of reasonable compensation to employees and independent contractors for services provided for the benefit of the organization.

This organization shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on by an organization exempt from federal income tax. The organization shall not endorse, contribute to, work for, or otherwise support (or oppose) a candidate for public office. The purpose of the organization is the following:

To promote sports to empower and educate children from poor backgrounds in Washington State and in El Salvador.

The organization is organized exclusively for purposes pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
