We’ve been seeing unusual requests from the front lines: protection against chemical weapons. The goal of this campaign is to provide Ukrainian Defenders with gas masks.

Why Gas Masks Matter Right Now

russia is increasingly using toxic chemical agents by dropping gas grenades containing chloroacetophenone (CN) and even chloropicrin (lachrymator) directly into positions held by our Defenders. These irritant and poisonous gases burn eyes so severely they seal shut, sear lungs from the inside, and cause uncontrollable coughing and disorientation. The enemy uses these chemical mixtures specifically to force the Defenders out of their cover, and straight into a sniper's crosshairs or FPV drone attack.

Why a Gas Mask is Important

Three basic functions of a Defender is to breathe, see, and hold their rifle. Tear gas strips away all three abilities within minutes. Some of the potent poisons like chloropicrin leave irreversible lung and other organ damage if inhaled. When surrounded by a toxic fog, our Defenders must maintain control, hold their rifle, and clear the area safely by themselves or when evacuation teams arrive to pull the wounded out. A gas mask lets them do each of these things, and therefore survive.

What We Are Fundraising For

We are raising funds to equip Ukrainian Defenders with reliable, modern, light-weight, professional-grade gas masks and compatible tactical filters – not the old soviet-era relicts they sometimes get issued. These masks provide instant protection against tear agents, chloropicrin, mustard gas and related chemical weapons, allowing our fighters to stay protected in their areas, hold their positions, and survive chemical strikes.

What Your Donation Provides:

$25 -> 1 Filter: Provides a fresh, professional-grade gas mask filter to replace contaminated gear.
$50 -> 1 Gas Mask: Replace an old heavy gas mask with a modern mode that’s actually possible to carry.
$100 -> 1 Protective Gas Mask Set: Equips 1 Ukrainian Defender with a complete mask and filter system.
$200 -> Protection for a Fireteam: Supplies 2 complete gas mask sets for defenders in high-risk frontline positions.
$500 -> Squad Chemical Protection: Provides 5 gas mask systems to secure a squad of defenders in frontline dugouts.
$1000 -> Platoon Resupply Unit: Secures 10 professional-grade protective masks and extra filters for extended trench operations.

How Your Donation Is Used Efficiently

We manage our supply line directly to ensure every dollar provides maximum frontline impact:

1. Direct Sourcing: We source high-grade, certified tactical masks and filters directly from verified manufacturers to avoid retail markups.

2. Streamlined Shipping: Gear is direct-shipped to our volunteer distribution ‘warehouse’ in Ukraine to minimize transit time and overhead.

3. Individual Delivery: Supplies are delivered directly to each individual Defender near the front line, after verifying a request, via Nova Post service.
