The mission of Viva Los Gatos Cat Rescue is to rescue, nurture, and find forever homes for neglected, abandoned, and stray cats and kittens in Northeast Ohio. ("Viva Los Gatos" is a close Spanish translation for "Long Live Cats!")

When you make a direct contribution or start a fundraiser on our behalf, you make it possible for us to save more cats and cover expenses directly related to their foster care.  You'll be helping us to purchase:

• Food and litter for our foster homes
• Medications to treat illnesses and infections for our foster animals
• FVRCP and Rabies vaccines to keep our foster animals healthy
• Microchips, to ensure that lost animals can always be returned to their owners or to us
• Spay and neuter operations to help prevent animal overpopulation
• Surgeries such as dental extractions and eye removals as needed to improve an animal's quality of life
• ... and much more!

You can be reassured that 100% of your donation is used exclusively to help kitties in need. We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that is staffed exclusively by volunteers.  All of your donation goes to saving and treating animals!
