The H₂ Research Database

Making H₂ literature easier to explore and trust.

The H₂ Research Database is a searchable platform that standardizes study metadata to allow filtering by various categories including delivery method, organ, disease, species, and more. This database is still under construction, a working prototype built to grow with community input.

As we grow, the database will expand toward comprehensive coverage of known studies, enhancing the research experience by creating a standardized research infrastructure and comprehensive storage and filtering system for studies relating to hydrogen, health, wellness and medicine.

Every contribution brings us closer to a complete, trustworthy resource for researchers, clinicians, and the public. Donate to help shape the world’s first centralized, standardized map of hydrogen research.

Every week, stories like these circulate online that are powerful, emotional, and full of hope. But they leave us with critical questions:

Was it really due to H2?
What was the dose? the method? How often did they take it?
Were there other factors such as diet, other treatments, or lifestyle changes?

Without those details, each story remains meaningful but incomplete.

And that’s exactly why this project exists.

To collect user experiences in a structured, standardized manner.

Why This Project Is Important

People all over the world are using molecular hydrogen in their daily lives and health practices. While thousands are reporting enthusiastic results, their stories and experiences are scattered and unverified because there's no centralized, evidence-based system to capture them and evaluate the data.

That’s why the Molecular Hydrogen Institute (MHI) is building the Hydrogen Health Testimonials Database, a resource for the consumer, practitioner, and researcher.

Consumer: See what others with the same condition have experienced, whether good or bad.
Practitioner: Have you or other clinicians seen dramatic improvements or contraindications among your patients with certain conditions?
Researcher: Are you interested in common consumer experiences and trends that might justify a clinical or empirical study?

The Testimonials Database Will:

Collect real world experiences including method of administration, frequency, condition/disease, results, etc.
Convert unstructured stories into a searchable qualitative data resource. Each narrative account becomes an entry in the Testimonials Database.
Reveal common trends in dosage, frequency, and outcomes across demographics and health categories to help prioritize research topics and public education.
Support better-designed research inspired by database trends.
Empower individuals everywhere to make better informed decisions about H2 therapies.
