Let me tell you about a teacher who is changing lives every single day.

He shows up for the hardest of the hard kiddos—the ones who need the most patience, the most love, and the most support. He gets bit, hit, and kicked… and still responds with calm, compassion, and care. 🥺 He’s constantly holding a child, guiding them, helping them feel safe, teaching them how to play and connect with others.

He NEVER gives up on them. Ever.

At a recent teaching conference, we were asked if there was a teacher who inspired us. His answer left the room in tears. He shared how after losing his dad, a teacher changed his life by gifting him a set of drums—giving him hope, purpose, and an outlet when he needed it most. ❤️

And now… he’s that person for so many kids.

He’s working full-time. He’s going to school.
And he gave his only car to his mom.

So now… we want to show up for HIM. 🙏

We are trying to help him get a reliable vehicle so he can keep showing up for the children who depend on him every single day. These kids look for him. They rely on him. He is never without one in his arms or stepping in to help another teacher.

We NEED more men like him in early childhood education. 👏
