My name is Judalyn Arthoro, I am 23, very new to the Dallas area, a violinist, and I bring with me a blend of academic research and professional expertise that I am eager to share with all of you.
Originally from Ghana and a graduate of Florida State University, I hold a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Analytics. During my time at FSU, I was deeply involved in cognitive research with the College of Medicine, focusing on understanding mental health challenges at a neurological level, which has profoundly shaped my approach to mental wellness initiatives.
Professionally, I have developed my career in strategic recruitment, working with industry leaders like Equinix, Apple, and Tesla. In these roles, I have been committed to not just filling positions, but also ensuring that the workforce reflects the diversity and dynamism of the community it serves, especially in tech and engineering sectors.
I am passionate about using my skills in recruitment and my background in psychology to support and advocate for mental health initiatives, particularly among young, underserved populations. Joining the Granthalliburton Foundation Young Professionals feels like a natural extension of my personal and professional journey.
I am excited to learn from each of you and to contribute to our future projects and discussions. Thank you for welcoming me into this group. Let’s make a meaningful impact together!
Warm regards,
Judalyn Arthoro
