Founded with a vision to embrace, empower, and equip, minority women and girls, ConqHer, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering success in personal, professional, and academic pursuits. For over a decade, ConqHer has championed the mental wellness and leadership development of women and girls, providing them with the tools and opportunities to thrive in today’s world.

ConqHer focuses on serving underserved communities, particularly those in Title 1 schools, through innovative programming and impactful events. Signature initiatives include the Shine Program, which mentors girls aged 10-13 in financial literacy, personal development, and interpersonal relationships; the What Now Program, a 13-week leadership and workforce development series for high school juniors, seniors, and first-generation college students; and the DreamHer Spring Camp, which is a S.T.E.A.M focused camp for girls ages 11-15. Serving 50 girls annually through these programs.

Beyond these programs, our women’s wellness initiatives and community engagement events (like MLK Day of Service, Back-to-School, and Toys for Tots) provide connection and care for women navigating real-life challenges through our Well Woman Programming. Through these initiatives, ConqHer has distributed vital resources, mentorship, and encouragement to hundreds of families across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Beyond programming, ConqHer extends its impact by partnering with corporations, nonprofits, and community leaders to create paid internship opportunities, provide mental health resources, program development, and financial literacy resources to women in business. This collaborative approach has allowed ConqHer to touch the lives of countless girls and women, helping them transform dreams into reality.
