At the Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to discover her voice, build confidence, and see a future without limits. Through our Girls Empowerment Program, girls are given a safe and supportive environment where they can grow academically, emotionally, socially, and creatively.

Our program combines mentorship, leadership development, wellness, creative expression, and hands-on learning experiences designed specifically to address the unique challenges young girls face today. From Girls in Coding and Girls in Film to Girls’ Hour athletics and empowerment workshops, participants gain the tools, confidence, and encouragement needed to overcome barriers and realize their full potential.

Many of the girls we serve come from underserved communities throughout Hollywood and surrounding Los Angeles neighborhoods. For them, this program is more than after-school enrichment; it is a place where they feel seen, heard, encouraged, and empowered to dream bigger for their future.
