Every summer, thousands of students who care deeply about the environment, clean energy, and sustainability get passed over for internships. Not because they lack talent. Because they lack access. They don't have the network. They don't have the credential. They don't know where to start.

MobilizeGreen has spent 12 years changing that. Backed by the Walton Family Foundation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Comcast NBCUniversal, we connect underrepresented students to green careers through hands-on programs that actually work.

This summer, we're launching Green Career Essentials: a career readiness program that gives students a real project on their resume, a shareable digital credential, and the coaching they need to compete. The capstone component pairs students with real sustainability challenges sourced from companies Fortune 500 companies. When they finish, they walk away with something most students don't have: proof they can do the work.

For many students, the cost is still a barrier. That's where this community comes in.
