Thanks to your contributions last year, we were able to repair the roof of Civic’s Theatre514 — and we’re thrilled to report it’s no longer leaking! Your generosity made that possible, and this year, we’re asking for your help once again as we face a new challenge.

This Giving Tuesday, Civic Theatre of Allentown invites you to be part of something extraordinary — making live theatre accessible to everyone in our community.

Each year, our Pay What You Can Night opens the doors of Civic to audiences who might not otherwise experience the joy and wonder of live performance. But while tickets as low as $10, the cost to produce the magic on stage remains the same.

💚 A gift of $29 covers the difference in a ticket — allowing someone in our community to experience the magic of theatre without financial barriers.

Your generosity ensures that everyone, regardless of circumstance, can share in the laughter, music, and connection that make Civic Theatre a cornerstone of Allentown’s arts community.

This year, we’re asking for your help once again to bridge the gap between what our Pay What You Can audiences contribute and the true cost of producing our shows.

💚 $50 – Supplies materials for sets and props, turning imagination into reality.
💚 $116– Covers the ticket gap for a family of four to attend a Pay What You Can performance.
💚 $310 – Sponsors one child's enrollment in a Civic Theatre School Session
💚 $1,000 – Powers the lights, sound, and storytelling that make every performance unforgettable.
