Help Someone Walk Through Those Theater Doors

You know the class you still think about? The show you were proud to invite people to? The place where someone learned your name and asked when you were coming back?

We want more people to have that.

From now through Giving Tuesday, December 1, we’re raising $5,000 for Future Artists of Los Angeles to keep LACAE Theater within reach.

Your gift helps keep workshop tuition, theater rentals, and event tickets affordable. It also supports scholarships for students who need financial assistance and partnership discounts for fellow nonprofits and performing arts organizations in North Hollywood.

$25 helps make attending an event more affordable.
$50 contributes toward a workshop scholarship.
$100 helps offset rental costs for artists bringing a show to our stage.
$250 supports community partnership discounts.

These examples show what your gift supports. Donations work together to provide affordable access wherever the need is greatest.

We hear the ideas people are hoping to bring to life. We see the work they’re willing to put in. We don’t want the price to be the reason they stop.

How this Giving Tuesday appeal works

Give through this page by December 1 at 11:59 PM Pacific. Early gifts count toward our $5,000 goal.

This appeal is part of our ongoing $100,000 fundraising challenge. Felix Grossman, whose initial $100,000 gift helped make this work possible, has offered another $100,000 once we raise the next $100,000.

Every dollar raised here counts toward that larger goal. The $5,000 is our Giving Tuesday milestone, and each donation will be counted once.

If you’ve found something you needed at LACAE, help us offer that welcome to someone else.

Give what you can. Help someone say, “I can do this.”
