This summer, GivingSpoon is hosting its first Pack-a-Thon, bringing volunteers together to assemble more than 1,000 nutritious meal kits for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across our local community.

Each kit contains balanced, shelf-stable foods that provide real nutrition and sustained energy, including protein bars, trail mix, whole-grain crackers, applesauce, and bottled water. We have carefully selected items that are practical, nutritious, and easy to consume for individuals who may not have reliable access to meals.

The Pack-a-Thon is a community effort to address food insecurity through direct action. Volunteers will assemble each kit, and the completed kits will be distributed through trusted community organizations already serving individuals and families in need.

Your support will help us provide more meal kits and increase the nutritional value of every kit we distribute. Every contribution directly funds food that will reach people facing hunger in our community, helping ensure they have access to nutritious, reliable meals when they need them most.
